8. Non-Refundable Situations

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact eco trends as soon as possible after delivery.

If the claim is approved, eco trends may provide a replacement, refund or another appropriate resolution, depending on product availability and the circumstances of the case.

10. Refund for Unavailable Products

If eco trends is unable to fulfil an order due to product availability or other operational reasons after payment has been successfully received, eco trends will initiate a refund of the eligible amount to the original payment method.

11. Promotional Orders and Discounts

Orders placed using promotional offers, discount codes, special pricing or other promotional benefits may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

Where applicable, refunds may be adjusted to account for discounts or promotional benefits applied to the original order.

12. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.
